Please expect for your purchase to be shipped in about 5-15 days, as every item is made to order. If you are in a rush don’t hesitate to contact me and I’ll do my best to have your piece ready on time.
If your item is a gift sent directly to the recipient, I'm happy to also write a custom note for them.
If you have a special shipping request, contact me prior to your purchase and we'll work out pricing, etc.
Shipments go through USPS Priority from Brooklyn, New York. Tax will be added at checkout for NY residents.
International packages will ship First Class International. Please take note that the buyer is responsible for any duties or customs fees in their country.
Parcels going to Germany will ship REGISTERED, that's why your cost is so much higher. I'm sorry, but after having a couple packages lost, I decided to do it this way and avoid disappointments on both sides of the ocean.
Returns and Exchanges
I'm happy only if you are! Item must be returned in their original, mint condition and in their original packaging within 7 days of receiving for full store credit (less shipping charges). For your own protection, make sure you use a track-able mailing system since we are not responsible for packages lost in transit.
Exchanges that are returned in damaged condition will not be honored.
Custom orders are not returnable or refundable.

Repairs and Replacements
I will repair items free of charge within 6 months of purchase. Please note that I am not responsible for shipping charges on repair items.
I'm happy to make a replacement for your lost earrings; the cost will be half of a complete pair. Just email me to let me know what you need. In some ocassions I will ask you to send me your single earring in order to make a perfect matching pair.
